Chapter 1428 - 1429: A scammer?
The next day, the gate of Liam’s quarters opened again, and one of Liam’s soul clones stepped out with a smile, greeting everyone in the vicinity. “Please come inside to collect your orders.”
The emissaries from the various sects and clans were completely dumbfounded. Their orders were all completed in a single day? This was unheard of! No elder in the entire Golden Pavilion possessed such an ability.

The others who had entered and received their potions blinked in confusion. One of them hurriedly uncorked their own vial and performed a quick test. Another stunned gasp. Another seven-star result.
A third emissary, more composed and skeptical, examined his vial with a specialized spirit-inscribing monocle. The moment he saw the concentration lines inside the liquid, his jaw dropped. “This is on par with an elder grandmaster’s work… and he returned the leftover herbs as well?!”
The room fell silent as realization dawned on each of them.
They hadn’t been scammed.
They had just received alchemical products that were far superior to what they’d ever gotten from the famed elders of the Golden Pavilion. And this newcomer had completed every order in one day. With change.
The emissaries who had walked out in suspicion were already halfway down the mountain, stewing in their assumptions. But those who stayed?

“Please inform your clans,” the clone said with a calm smile. “I will accept repeat orders every fortnight, but only from those who collect personally. If you leave early, your order will be voided.”
With those words, a new storm quietly began to form within the Green Mountains. And this time, it wasn’t alchemy that was spreading like wildfire, it was Liam’s name.
The incident quickly became famous, and word of mouth got around so fast that the next day an even bigger crowd gathered in front of Liam’s quarters. Those who had left hastily the previous day fully regretted their actions and came back with their tail between their legs.
The crowd outside Liam’s quarters the following morning was nothing short of chaotic.

His clone, projecting the same serene presence, stepped outside and politely raised a hand.
